WebMagic and its Innovation Village® brand promote economic development throughout the western United States via a variety of incubation services, real estate consultancy, and real estate asset management services.
Innovation Village provides incubation services, including both short term and long term work space, with and without business equipment and furnishings, to freelancers, start-ups, existing businesses and non-profits.
We currently have specialty space available at at least four of our Pasadena, California locations, as well as in Glendale, CA and in the Sedona/Flagstaff Arizona marketplace.
Build-to-suit opportunities are available in south-west Pasadena in sizes up to 200,000 square feet at our flagship location, in walking distance to a metro train station, the Art Center College of Design, Huntington Hospital, and major research organizations. Additionally, we currently have office space available in our Old Pasadena Superior Building. The Superior Building (65 N. Raymond) is a restored historical building on a high technology block with gigabit fiber Internet. Cross Campus™ is next door, and over 100 restaurants and countless shopping opportunities are all within a 1 to 10 minute walk.
We provide high speed fiber Internet (up to 10G) services in the western United States, and are particularly competitive at our properties and in the Los Angeles and Phoenix market places. We also provide hosting services at our data centers in downtown Los Angeles (and additionally, in conjunction with major cloud providers), and provide broadcasting of web, video, and audio services for consumption throughout North America.
Additional consulting and services available nationwide include: advertising and marketing (including online promotion services); business and financial development support and management; business and technology networking; incubation and startup support; virtual trade shows; fairs and exhibitions; entertainment and education services; directory services; shoppers guides; lead generation; and research.
With our affiliates and strategic partners, we provide venture capital funding services to emerging and start-up companies.
